Kyanuna follow up visit.
On Saturday 5th October, a team made up Pastor Samuel and travelled to Kyanuna to do a follow-up of members who attended the Daily Transformation Uganda Conference 2024. On arrival they found some members already in the church waiting for them. They settled and immediately started training with a recap session on the three tools, inquire, fellowship and express. Members shared and gave their different understanding about inquiring from God, fellowship and expressing the gosple.
While the disciples were sharing, an analysis was made by the visiting team, and it was established that the disciples were good at using the inquire tool. They were good at inquiring from God through prayer and journaling, however they were not so good at using the fellowship and express tools.
The focus of the training was therefore on fellowship. A fellowship was established with the six members. The members who were present, are the ones going to establish other fellowships in the area.
The team linked up with a new school in the area. Joan a member of Daily Transformation is a student in the school. On Mondays the school used to have a UTS fellowship which would keep the students occupied but recently the UTS team stopped coming to the school which makes them free on Mondays. Joan has already started teaching her fellow students journaling and they requested the Daily Transformation Uganda team to continue going to teach them and engage the students on Mondays.
The school is far from Kampala, which makes it hard for the team to travel every Monday. The teachers in the school will be trained and equipped with the Daily Transformation tools so they can teach the students. The Daily Transformation team will be visiting to check on their progress.
